The ownership of Pot & Noodle has organized a network of restaurants throughout the Bay Area. All of the spaces go by different names. The restaurants are featured in a famous Chinese food documentary called “A Bite of China.” This documentary has helped the owners leverage their business, and the publicity has greatly benefited their restaurants.
Pot & Noodle is the eighth store in the Bay Area. The items offered here are similar to their sister location on Kearny Street, Chong Qing Xiao Mian. However, Pot & Noodle offers even more options and seating!
Here, they offer the classic spicy and numbing dishes, while also offering a fresh juice bar. At the juice bar, you can select from fresh fruits and vegetables to be blended into smoothies. They have a variety of produce to choose from including watermelon, papaya, mango, carrot, cucumber, and more. You can also select from a restaurant-created combination for your smoothie. In addition to fresh juice, they carry delicious and classic Chinese dishes. Some of the classic dishes offered at Pot & Noodle are chicken with explosive chili pepper, tantan noodles, BBQ croaker, and more.
The most popular item is the house special mini hot pot! You begin by selecting your soup base, and then you pick which meats and vegetables you want. There are also toppings that can be added to your pot!
